RULES AND POLICIES

• By shopping here at India Bazaar you agree to follow India Bazaar's policies.

• Follow the rules of returning items that are on the Home page.

• If you would like to use your credit, Ebt, or debit card, the total must be about $10 and up.

• If you want a delivery, so if you live 5 miles away, the total has to be $50 and up, if you live 10+ miles away you must order to at least $80+ (You can order a delivery for both groceries and food).

• We are not responsible if any children or adults get injured. Ex: we are not responsible if you slip on water (unless we don't have a sign there) or if a child or adult run into an aisle or if a child or adult falls out a cart.

• You are not allowed to ride on the carts.

• If you are caught stealing we will prosecute you with the full extent of the law, and a permanent ban from coming to the store.

• If you cancel an order after it was made, you must pay for it.
